Refund policy

* The cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable taxes and duties, is the responsibility of the customer.
* The return request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the merchandise.
* Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
* We do not accept returns of personalized products.
* Items must be unused, free of stains or odors, and in perfect condition.
* Before shipping the item, please contact us at loja@studiobergamin.com.br for analysis and instructions.
* After shipping, the customer must provide the tracking number.
* Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
* The refund applies exclusively to the value of the merchandise, and does not include shipping costs, taxes, or duties.
* If any of the above conditions are not met, Studio Bergamin reserves the right to refuse the return.
